At Camille Jewellery, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your piece isn't quite right, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the jewellery in its original branded packaging and secure it inside a padded shipping mailer to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the returned item for quality, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
